Jessica Bizer is a painter and installation artist. Her work investigates the complex energy of the contemporary landscape, a space dominated by digital expression. She explores the deviating, often contradicting, narratives contained in the everyday environment, a place in which the fantastical constantly collides with the utilitarian. Her multi-layered compositions examine this drama by engaging contrast, ambiguity and absurdity.
