Anya Roberts-Toney makes paintings and drawings that combine references to pop and digital culture with formal disruptive strategies in order to address themes of femininity, beauty, and visual breakdown. Her work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions and was recently featured on the arts blog 365artists365days.com. She received her MFA in Visual Studies from Pacific Northwest College of Art (2014) and her BA in Studio Art from Brown University (2006).
